At Sollo, we invite you to enjoy an exclusive experience in our R&D area called “Diego Gallegos’ Office,” a day dedicated to Riofrío’s organic caviar, where luxury and sustainability meet in perfect harmony.

The experience will begin on our terrace by the fish ponds, with a selection of welcome snacks to whet your appetite in a relaxed and elegant atmosphere.

Next, Chef Diego Gallegos will present a live showcooking, sharing his most creative and personal vision of haute cuisine.

The day will culminate with a tasting menu featuring caviar, designed to captivate the senses and celebrate gastronomic excellence.
